Our space
Hacienda Sac Chich is a magical backdrop to provide a unique, intimate, charming, and memorable experience for your family and friends. Combining the historical architecture of a 17th Century renovated henequen factory and an award-winning contemporary residence, you are assured to enjoy one of the most unique venues in the Yucatan.
From intimate garden and pool settings to our Great Lawn (a football field-sized lawn lined with Royal Palms) Hacienda Sac Chich provides different unique spaces to make your event perfect. Working with your wedding planner, you will create a flow for your event that leaves your guests speechless with every turn of a corner.
In the daytime hours, multiple lush green gardens of tropical palms and plants create a dramatic and colorful backdrop for your event. In the evening, the hacienda grounds are always spectacular and breathtaking, with hundreds of strategically placed outdoor lights throughout the property.
Rental Details
We are a rental home and a venue space only. This means that we provide lodging for your closest guests and the outdoor spaces for your event only. A wedding planner is required to coordinate all suppliers and event details. We are happy to recommend some of the best and most reliable wedding planners and vendors who are experienced here at the Hacienda.
Our garden and household staff are here daily to assure the property looks perfect for your big day. We have two modern event bathrooms, a men’s and a ladies, and provide staff for the evening of your wedding to keep them clean and stocked. At request, we can also have our staff dressed in their traditional huipils at the entrance to greet your guests upon arrival in Yucatec style.
We have a maximum guest capacity for weddings of 150.

Food, furniture, florals...
Your wedding planner will be necessary to help you organize all of these details. Although we do not provide general wedding catering, we do offer our festive Poco Loco taco cart for your event. We can provide catering for smaller brunches and rehearsal dinners. Please contact us for details.
Rates
Venue rental rates depend on your estimated guest count, time of year, and day of the week. Generally ranging from $3500 - $4500 US. Please contact us for more details. This does not include lodging, taxes or damage deposit.
During the high season, October through May, we additionally require a minimum 3-night rental for lodging. Rates and details can be found on our accommodations page. This is a great way to relax and enjoy time with your closest friends and family.
